rubiX Focused 1.9.7, back and better than ever

I would really like to be able to either get a script that runs when I run 'adb shell' or even (for now) just be able to auto-prepend /system/xbin to the $PATH environment variable. Is this possible? And, if so, how?

Thanx.

The scripts function correctly now. No need for any user editing.

No. I forgot to remove that from the changelog. This is gingerbread themed, with battery percents done by frost.

Not for the scripts, per se, but more for my own shell-happiness. When I'm in the shell looking at stuff (for whatever reason), I'm spoiled by what bash provides. /system/xbin provides a better implementation than the default.

What is the location to save our .apk's that the boot script reads? Coming from liberty and want to create it manually.

Will this ROM work just fine if we install it over top of 1.9.5 by just wiping cache, or will this cause me issues?

I really do not want to have reload everything I have set up on my phone.

I love running Rubix on my Droid x!!

Thank you for all of your hard work you do for us!! dancedroiddancedroid

1.97 is Gummy so i can't imagine that you won't need to wipe data/cache...
I always do anyway...always have issues even on minor upgrades if I don't

From the original post:
YOU MUST wipe data before install. You CANNOT come from previous rubiX Focused and expect to not boot loop.

I know everyone always asks about adding blur bits back in, so i'm not.

I was using the Fission Blur camera because I preferred it to AOSP.
I have the zip install but I'm hesitant to fire it up because i'm not sure if it'll work with the new Gummy stuff?
any issues or should i just back up and give it a shot?

EDIT: curiosity got the best of me. The fission blur camera works fine on 1.97
