Have him go to settings then applications making sure unknown sources is checked. Then click manage applications and hit the all tab. Find market and clear the market app data and cache. Should fix him right up.

Didn't do the trick. Any other suggestions?

i downloaded it to my phone but when i went to install it, it wasn't in a single folder but my computer gave me the option to unzip the folder which i didnt. plz help guys, im new at this and its really making my feel stupid.

i backed up all my apps but what happened to all of my contacts, i only have a few left.

I think rubix has backup removed so either you should have exported them as a vcf or backed up with Google.

Did you get rubix flashed? What was your problem?

luckily it wasnt anything that major. turns out i just needed to hit the menu button and import the contacts. when in doubt hit the menu button, i guess.
