Of course not but the Transformer Prime is, what, $400? The Transformer is a direct competitor spec wise to the iPad line. The Kindle Fire, and this Nexus Tab are competition to the iPad line but in a different way. The KF and Nexus Tab are decently powered device that try to compete by undercutting the price. Alot of people are not willing to spend $400 on a tablet as they just do not see it as a device that can legitimately replace the ease of use of a desktop for some tasks. When Win8 Tablets come out this may be come more of a reality imo as it can utilize so many accessories the iPad and Android tablets can not.As a current Asus Transformer Prime owner, I would not buy a Nexus Tablet with lesser specs, i.e. dual-core processor, less RAM, etc. If they do have a premium, higher-power option for a little more, I'd definitely go that route.
KF is $200, this Nexus Tablet would be $50 cheaper, not a $150.For $150, less than a Kindle Fire, I can't see it being an amazing tablet.

This helps me stop regretting not nabbing a touchpad when I had the chance. This will be a great Christmas gift.
