Why? Does apple have a copyright for the color white now too?

I like the black better IMO. Can't wait for it to come out. It will be a great OG Droid replacement.

I personally don't have a hard time telling a iPhone from any other phone. However, people that don't follow cell phones can easily mistake it. When I had my iPhone 4, someone asked me what I thought of my Vibrant. A coworker has the Vibrant and gets asked often what people think of her iPhone. If you turn on either phone you can tell the difference without question.

No way. I was joking. Maybe that guy from Google was right and Apple sues instead of innovating.

I'd assume they'll claim ownership of the color white.

... I mean come on, there is only so much you can do with the design of a smartphone.... they're all going to look somewhat similar regardless.
