FoxKat, how come I don't have all those charts with my bada$$ monitor pro. I just went through everything on that app and I don't have anything like that. The only charts I have are temperature, phone signal and other. I can't seem to find those charts you have anywhere. Teach me master... where do you go in that app to get those charts?

Sorry guys and gals, I had forgotten that I had installed this other utility which is call battery monitor widget.

Wow, I have Battery Monitor Widget Pro by 3c which is pretty good but I like this one better. It is completely different...by fsinib. You do know I am a battery monitor junkie. I just got rid of battery circle because the app did not give me any additional info and I could get the same status notification info from bada$$ and 3c's Battery Monitor Widget Pro. It has great info in its app but not as user - visually friendly as fsinib. So, I had to get this one. You are not helping my addiction, lmao! But thanks! Maybe this one will do everything I want.

I really need to upgrade to a MAXX!

By the way, for everyone's benefit, I just passed 25 hours on battery (I've been up all night due to my father-in-law falling last night...I'm at the hospital now), and I presently have 20% remaining! Gotta love the MAXX - especially when the meter and battery are in sync!

Best wishes for your dad-in-law. I hope he is able to go home soon, and you too.

I never get that kind of time on my battery. 24-27 hours max. Average about 17 hours. That is w data usually off and Wi-Fi almost always on, seldom on 4g, screen at 10%, weather widget, power widget, calendar widget, agenda widget, email pulled every hour or less. Nothing unusual shows up in usage charts. Any ideas?

Thanks for the well wishes. Unfortunately the x-ray shows he broke his hip. I'm at the hospital now. I've been up all night.

FYI, my battery hit 10% just a few minutes shy of 26 hours. I'm on backup battery now. Here's the profile...

4G on 24/7
WIFI on 24/7
Bluetooth on 24/7

Here's the running services as they were the entire last 26 hours;

Last image is just to show Swype is also running.

That's to bad about the father in laws hip. I hope he is able to do well and make a quick recovery. :)

DROID RAZR MAXXIMIZED!!!!

How are you getting your screen shots? Are you rooted? When I look at running services, should I be looking at there mb size... the larger the mb, the more battery drain? My biggest mb's are go launcher, enhanced email, & go keyboard... and settings only because I just accessed it.

Rooted, yes. Screenshot ER Demo, available from a quick tap on a tab in the status bar. Counts down from 6 seconds top give you time to configure the screen the way you want it.

Size of application relates to power in several ways. Larger ram occupied means larger data transfer when loading, larger cache, more CPU cycles, etc. This all equates to more electrons moving around and that generates heat and consumes battery power. I'm sure there are other ways as well but it's not part of my knowledge base at this point but give me time and I'll be confident in that knowledge as well.
