Samsung Galaxy Note 5 & Galaxy S6 Edge Plus Officially Launch Today - Who's Buying?

What's the deal with the Christian gospel music in the background.

It's probably just overdub because the voice over was probably another language. You can see the plugs are European so there's a good chance English isn't their first language.

I would be using the Note 5 right now if it had an SD card slot. Since it doesn't, I guess I'll keep waiting.

Rejoicing the wonders of the new Samsung phones!

Change the lyrics a little? "The Note has come". It'd fit the Samsung business model in their thinking I suppose. I do find that style of singing a bit annoying, no matter the genre, myself. When watching YouTube unbox, how to, etc there are at times some really strange soundtracks attached aren't there? I like a good jazzy one for them personally

The only reason I am still using my Note 3 is the lack of SDcard slot in the Note 5. I must admit, based on the ads I've seen so far, I'm tempted to give the S6 Edge+ a try. I rarely use my S-pen anymore so I really wouldn't miss it. Another concern is future root methods too though. Assuming I don't go with Samsung this time around what are my best options to check out for a phone with SDcard slot and root capability? I also prefer a larger screen but am flexible in that regard. Anyone have any suggestions?

G4? Although I don't root phones any longer, so I'm of no help in that department.

I've been reading and the g4 has a root method and an sd card slot. this is probably going to be my next phone.

Well I went away from the note series and went to the S6 edge + which is a note 5 with out the s-pen basically....and so far I'm loving the phone. The first thing I noticed about this phone was how light it was geez feels like there's nothing there. Like having the speaker on the bottom again. I got the 64gb version. And there are ways around the no SD card dilemma. No battery removal isn't a big deal just has to last a year..lol never had a battery go so bad that is needed replaced (knock on wood). like the curved edges, over all glad (so far) that I bought it. Now I just need to find a case.

Guys notice any problems with holding the edge and it registering that as a touch? Tried to play with a friend s6 edge and it was cool on the table but it hated me using it.

I really haven't had to much issue with that so far...yes it has but only when I had the keyboard up and had to put it down. But while holding it no and I have pretty big hands. The only real issue and it's not really an issue more awkward than anything is picking it up. It's a little hard to grab the sides...this may change with a case that will prop it up a little.

I have joined the s6 edge+ club.....now how in the heck do I change/delete the folders in the app drawer??

There should be the word Edit at the top eight of the app drawer. That is where you would be able to delete apps/reorganize
