while trying to folow these instructions, Manually Return to Stock Android 2.0.1 | Droid Life: A Motorola Droid Blog in order to return to stock before applying the new 2.1 update, i ran into a problem. when rebooting after installing the update.zip file, the motorola and "red eye" screens both show. However, the screen then goes completely blank and the phone becomes unresponsive. I have tried pulling the battery and reinstalling the file (using the stock recovery), but this keeps happening. I am beginning to get worried... please help!! thanks in advance
