Mine? If so, they're just custom icons added through Launcher Pro. The icons I got from here: Droid Den - Android: TallMin Icon Set - Droid Den

looks like he is using either Laucher Pro or ADW Launcher both are free in the market and they allow you to use custom icons or any pictures that you have on your sdcard.
