I am on a D1 and I'm rooted but pretty much everything there is acheivable on any phone without root.

Ok. The black icons up top for email, web, contacts, and text, were all icons I found searching the web. I applied them using a free application called desktop visualizer. The dock at the bottom is a custom dock which is a feature within launcher pro. the weather is beautiful widgets and the clock is simi clock. hope that helps, and feel free to ask more questions. and if you meant the lockscreen, let me know because I can explain that also.
