I modded WidgetLocker, which is an awesome app if you don't have it already! Here's the thread on how to mod:

Sticky. Not gonna lie your app launcher button reminds of the new BB Dpad button hahaha. Either way I think I'm gonna find a setup for those icons here pretty soon.
