what launcher would you reccomend?
There are different kinds. ADW, LauncherPro, and SweeterHome are the first that pop up in my mind. But there are plenty more.
There are still many ways to still customize without having to root.
i have both launcherpro and adwlauncher ex installed. currently, im running, and loving, adwlauncher ex.
Cool I'm glad you guys like it..,It was very time consuming but once you have the first shortcut setup everything goes smooth from there, I like the fact that on the main screen the left vertical bar it actually works and every option on the dock not only will take you to its corresponding shortcut but the swipe gesture its also enable giving you a few more options as well. I might try a couple of new wallpapers for a new look!!

What music player is that, and what widget is that on the last screen?
The music Widget its called "3" by Felipe Abrantes
On the last screen the widget its Contacts from Launcher Pro + (special themed launcher)
I just updated my original Sweeter Home theme, it's named "jps_droid" if anyone's interested.
