Ok I am really interested in themes and customs transitions. That would be good to get those. Last ime I tried flashing a rom I meat my phone up. So I am goin to hold off on that for now. Lol.

Well, I don't know of any themes for stock. The Incredible might have some but I doubt it. I could be wrong though. Haha I understand. You'll get the hang of it. Just make a backup in case something goes wrong, and then flash it as directed. I don't know what recoveries the Inc. uses so I can provide much input on that.

You guys know that you can create folders so you don't need to take up all 3 screens

There is also an app called app mate that does the same thing as folders...and has some cool graphics and is very easy to use. It really cut down on my clutter.

Well, for me, I boot into recovery(D-Pad, Up), go to backup/restore, advanced nandroid backup, name it, select the astrics, and start the backup. Yours may or may not be different.

I just DL widgetlocker and was wondering, the last 2 posts have a unlock screen that I cant seem to find in the widgetlocker menu.

Was that ported from somewhere else?

those look so awesome! just curious though, do i need to be rooted to be able to use them? like i DL the zip and theyre just png.'s. like how do i actually apply them?? i really want to get them! lol

Yeah, they're nice You don't need to be rooted using the method I'm about to mention. Go to that first link and in the first page of posts, you'll see a series of methods on how to mod the apk. You'll see what call APKManager and there will be a link to download it, do that. Then, put the WL apk on your computer, and follow the APKManager instructions from the first page of that thread exactly as they're listed and you can install it like any other apk.

I believe he has a version for a Mac. V4.3 or something. If you can't do it, I can.
