That would be the stock folder widget on nova launcher. Might even be a stock ICS thing. Lol

That's what I presumed someone would say, but unfortunately that option isn't functional on my Droid Pro CM9 build

It works on the DX, D2, and all the other builds so I'm not sure why it won't function on yours.

I could be wrong but it looks like he is running CM9 on his D2 which has the option to do so.
