It's uccw widget. Really customizable clock. But its hard to make them like that. I will post files needed up if you want to use it

They are Roostilabel. A quick Google should put you on to an icon pack to download.
Verro, not sure you were asking your question of me, but if so, thanks! It's the standard ADW Ex launcher. Just a bunch of stuff thrown together with the help of GIMP photo editor.
