How did u do that? Is it a different launcher?

The launcher doesn't really matter....I suspect you could use any of the aftermarket ones out there now. The one I have used for awhile now is ADW EX.

Most of my screen was done by using photoshop techniques. I find a wallpaper I like, then some icons that blend in with it.
