Should I root Moto Droid

Anybody know where i can get directions on how to root the droid using a mac computer?

I use a Mac and am rooted but I rooted prior to the 2.1 update. As of this writing, we've not been able to find a way to use RSD with a Mac. I contacted Motorola and they blew me off!

I see two options:

1. Revert back to 2.0.1
2. Ask someone that has a PC to install RSD and root that way.

I wish I had a better solution. If anyone else has a suggestion please let us know.
