It probably has to do with the app coding being for the razr system. Most likely needs to be edited to pick up ques from the bionic system.

I've tried it on my Bionic and Droid 3, will load on both, and both have the same error - def. looks like gps and location settings don't work. But we'll keep plugging away and I'm sure someone will get it working for us soon!

Never rooted and nothing works for me.. But I only use the nightly charging reminder. The only reason why I have 100% battery this morning is because I forgot to reset my alarm for 6 instead of 4 yesterday, so I woke up at 4 and plugged in my phone. Haven't tried any of the location stuff
