So, who you gonna call?

(Rant on)I've posted and searched here and elsewhere trying to find a solution for playing voicemail wav files attached to an Outlook message. Nothing here, nothing at Verizon and nothing at Motorola. This seems like a flaw in a basic application. I don't believe a .wav format is new or strange. My Apple "friends" are just laughing at me. This is like the classic PC figure pointing from hardware to OS to app to user problem.

So where am I supposed to go for software support issues?(Rant-off)

Thanks for listening,
Barry

I have the same question. I use RingCentral for my business and it sends a .wav file of my voicemail messages. Won't open on the Droid.
