K first and foremost fantastic rom. Played with it a lot last night and yes I am rocking the rainbow. As one Guy said I had the same problem with the 3g not working at all until a reboot but now it works fine. I would like to see apps to SD setting and some cool wall papers to go along with the cool themes. Other then that job well done gentlemen

Hi and thanks for all the work on this ROM, it is the first I have ever installed on my Droid 1. Just a few questions...

1. Where is the market? It's not listed in the apps anywhere?

2. To install the Sourcery Gapps Plus, I need clockworkmod, which I would get from the Market?

3. Wifi tethering does not seem to work. It says connected on both my laptop and Droid, but no internet. I had wifi tethering on the stock Droid with Barnacle, and it worked fine.

Again, thanks for your help!

Ok I install the Gapps Plus and stuck on the Welcome to Sourcery screen and I touch the Android and I can tell that it reacts because the Android flickers, but It goes nowhere. I don't know what Im doing wrong. Gonna try and complete wipe again and install. Fingers crossed. I think I'm the only one having issues with my phone. Urrggghh!

1. market is in the gapps you've yet to install.

2. yuo can reboot into recovery and install gapps without RM. just hold power button select reboot then select reboot into recovery. once in recovery you'll need to install from sd card, then choose zip. find the gapps.zip on your card and flash....once flashed you can back out to main menu with the power button and reboot....you'll make selections using the volume rocker and camera button once in recovery. any other questions you can seek help in the IRC channel on the website.

3. this is the 1st i've heard about wifi tether not working....so there may be a setting to fix there but once you get your market back you can try barnacle again.

Yea wifi tethering was tested extensively since I personally use it a lot in college try flashing a slayher kernel or look in ur wifi tether settings

Sent from my Sourcery using DroidForums App

barnacle is rough to use, try wireless tether for root which is in market. its a bit simpler to setup.
barnacle has a lot of options but I have reliability issues with it.

OK I feel like an idiot, or maybe just not enought coffee yet...I deleted or trashed the middle button on ADW Launcher that shortcut to applications and I can;t figure out how to get it back in the new launcher, can someone give me a hint ???

Hey segdoh.....I did EXACTLY the same thing within an hour of flashing Sourcery for the first time...:icon_eek:

-Long press on screen
-Select Launcher Actions
-Select Open/Close App Drawer (should be 3rd one down)
-That should create an icon on your screen
-Long press on the icon and drag it to where your App Drawer icon USED to be.

Voila!

No problem....
dude I LITERALLY was in the process of telling myself, "i can't believe I have to reflash this whole ROM because I deleted one icon and can't figure out how to get it back."

Don't worry...it'll be our little secret.......well, ours and the hundreds of other people on here. dancedroid
