i hope that doesn't happen to me but if it does i think i will leave it and take it to at&t like it is just in case it won't do it again if i get it unstuck. would rather not have it happen though.

I believe whomever (or wherever i read it) was explaining the issue was in the clicking mechanism of the SPen.

I dont use my Spen often but I've gotten in the habit of clicking it closed before putting it back. Might help from having this happen if it's sticking under the edge of the frame or something.
