Ok answer to both questions sorry I couldn't answer sooner the facebook script is if you have one on your sdcard (like a themed one) other than that install from the market.

The email is funny on some corporate accounts some work, some do not Captainoftheworld is right blur email is one way to fix it, also another is k9mail from the market which works well then you can remove email and just run that.

on the stock rom is the dialer blur???? should it not search through contacts when you enter numbers(letters) from dial pad???? mine is not is why im asking

@squid and capt - I installed the stock rom and added the blur email and calendar back in. Everything seems to be working great now! Thanks for your help!

i thought it did
i flashed stock and blur and i can not figure out how to make it search contacts i put it numbers and just get numbers .....im sure im missing something somewhere

Squid, im looking to add a shortcut for a direct text message, I forgot which previous phone/rom I had this on but it wasn't the motorla quick contacts widget, it was just a thumbnail pic of a contact and when you clicked it it opened up a text with that persons name already filled in and the cursor in the box where you typed the message, any ideas how to do this? Im on stock but willing to add pieces of blur

I found a temporary workaround for this using folder organizer paid, but when u click a shortcut it opens up a blank message, not the threaded message screen you can access from universal inbox/text messaging/person's name. Id like to be able to have that shortcut open up the thread because sometimes I just plain forget what im replying about haha

There is also favorite contact free which is simple but works I believe quick contact widget is the only way but you need blur launcher for it to work correctly.

is there some setting to make blue dialer search contacts???when using dial pad?

If using keypad and the contact is Katie type ka from it or from touchscreen menu then search do the same.

You may have alt lock on the keypad.
