Squidly 2.3.20.2 Rom

Still havin trouble with the battery manager. Any ideas on how to fix it if the Gscript fix doesnt work? Clear the cache?

Can't beat this:

I have the extended battery and this rom is giving me the best battery life I've ever seen.

I leave sync off, but I keep my screen on full brightness. I text a lot and manually update TweetDeck and my gmail often.

Also use navigation a bit.

Sure I can ;)

Stock battery, oc'd to 1.2, sync on. My display isn't full blast but I'm not complaining.

Complete newb here! Just got my Droid2 the Tuesday, but how do I install the ROM into my Droid2? Its already rooted I just dont understand how to put in in my Droid2. Do you have a link or video with step by step directions on how to?
Thanks

Edit*** (things I did in order after post)
1) I have downloaded Droid2 Bootstrap, ROM manager, Root Explorer and Titanium Backup Pro.
2) Ive backed up all my files with Titanim Backup Pro.
3) I downloaded both the Squidly Stock and Full Blurr from Pg. 1 but I didnt know how to put it in my SD card as in like the full zip file or as extracted. So what I did is I made 2 folders in my SD card...
Folder A) SquidlySS (SquidlyStock) <-- Contains all the extracted files from Squidly Stock
Folder B) SquidlyFB (Full Blurr) <-- Contains all the extracted fileds from Full Blurr*
4) Because I wasnt sure so I then just copied both ZIP files and just drag & dropped them into my SD card as the full zip file.
5) Used ROM manager and made a back up of my current ROM (rebooted itself shortly after)...

It backed up my file just fine but ow Im stuck and I dont know how to properly install this ROM onto my Droid2.
I have my SD card already installed in the back on and ready to go.
I know I have to use ROM manager to find the ZIP files but I got confused when I read "Choose the Correct Zip and Install"... which zip file do I choose, the Squidly Stock ZIP or the Full Blurr ZIP... or chose one of the Folders I made with the extracted files?

Sorry for the long reply guys, just trying to get the best out of my Droid2 with your guys help =]
Thanks

Here is how I do it 1st you finds your rom on the sd card if it is on there all you have to do is go into your rom manager and hit install from sd. once you have found it go back to bootstrap recovery press it it will say sucess or ok. Then go back to rom manager hit install from sd when you find it hit it it will say back up existing if you have already done this you dont have to do this hit clear delete cache and data hit ok your done it will start down loading your rom always works for me. Then its like setting your phone from newonly with custom rom good luck

Bootstrap, at the green boot up menu install from sd card, navigate to the folder your zip is in (the parent directory, not a folder you've unzipped) select full blur or stock, its up to you, enter once its installed make sure you have data mounted (it will say unmount if it is) this is under the first option in the green boot up menu. Power gets you back a step in this menu, select reboot now and give it a good 5 min to boot up and you're good. I assume you're coming from stock rooted rom, therefore no need to dump data or cache

X2! Best way to do it IMO.

Little more clarification on the Droid 2 Bootstrapper. Open the app, press "Bootstrap Recovery" first. You'll get a pop up saying "Success". Then press "Reboot Recovery". The phone will shut off and go into the green screen that Capt referred to.

Thanks guys Captain and Squidly for your help!
Everything was installed into my Droid2! XD
Ok now all I have to do is back it up in case anything ever happens and Im set.
Also once its uploaded can I deleted to zip files in my SD card now or no?
I was curious as to what app or things you guys have froze/ running/ uninstalled to make your Droid2 run the way it does.
I want to have great battery performance with my Droid2.
Thanks again =D

Edit*** Its already installed but do I need to do anything with the GScript Lite?
Edit*** ROM manager doesnt save my current ROM backup, it reboots it just doesnt save it. Anyone know how to fix this orhow to create another nandroid back up folder. I want to save this ROM some where to continue exploring.

Use the green boot up menu to backup/restore. Make sure bootstrap recovery with k's bootstrap recovery before you reboot. Once you backup your rom you can delete the zip file and the nandroid will be available to flash should you ever need it through the green boot up menu

So once Ive installed Squidly I should use Droid2 bootstrap and then reboot?
By K's recovery you mean Koush's Bootstrap correct? Sorry for my newbness lol
Also if I ever did need to flash how would I do so?

Edit*** Just did it and when I went to ROM Manager I saw the Nandroid.
Thanks Captain your big help XD
Can I move my Nandroid file into my computer and if I ever need to upload it again or Flash can I just move it back into the SD card/ ROM Manager/ backup to reinstall it? Still dont know how to flash though and still dont know the purpose of it? Also whats the purpose of GScript Lite and Spare parts?
