Squidly 2.3.20.2 Rom

Any idea why the alarm icon appears and disappears whenever it wants? My buddies icon with the same rom is always on. The alarm works fine but the icon is almost never there.

Had the same problem. Go into gscripts and select "remove desk clock google". Basically what squid said was that you have 2 alarms fighting each other. I ran that script and everything is working perfectly.

Squid - I searched high and low for squid2d2 boot animation and found nothing in your section. The only thing that shows up is this thread where you mentioned it.

There are 2 Droid Eye 1.0 when I go to Titanium BackUp... is it ok if we can delete one of them?

Yes you can delete droideye its just live wallpaper, also I will be making a few updates soon nothing huge a few more scripts and things.

hey squidly,

i just got this ROM yesterday, i love everything about it. good job. only thing is, my phone likes to randomly reboot itself, or sometimes when i lock the screen, when i press the lock key to unlock it, the screen will just stay black or it will reboot itself. if you have any solutions to stuff i should try, shoot me an email. [email protected].

I had probs with it at first because I didn't do a full wipe of data. My advice is to do a backup with titanium backup, wipe the system, install squidly, let google reinstall your apps, then restore remaining apps and data with titanium.

I have 0 probs with this rom once I did a clean install. I have been using another popular rom recently and switched back...this one just has no real bugs.

Make sure music.apk is in system/ app other than that you flat out shouldn't have any reboots.
