Status bar and Soft keys missing help

My razr maxx hd is rooted on stock JB 4.1.1. The problem is i have lost my status bar and soft keys after trying to change the battery icon and boot loading image on the rom manager app. After an hour of trying to figure it out and playing with the settings I went ahead and did a factory reset. This didn't help one bit. I've tried searching but came up with nothing. Hoping someone could help me out. Thanks in advanced.

use this utility to flash back to stock [SCRIPT] DROID RAZR HD Utility 1.21 - Windows/Mac/Linux - Droid Razr HD Development [XT926] - DroidRzr.com
factory resets only clear data, it cant fix broken/corrupt files.
be sure to back up any data you dont want to loose thats on your internal storage first. external storage is safe from the tool.
