That is due to a framework change... trust me! I've done it myself! Lol... the theme developer just needs to port to the latest version of the ROM framework-res and all should be well.

Coolo thanks Yonner, i switched over to maverick for now, seems like comparable performance, but thanks for the update

Gonna have to do another update on this next time I can get some free time. v4.6 can still use a few of these themes, and v5.6 can use any AOKP/CM9 Theme Chooser theme thats on the Market.
