Storing a quick reference in your Droid

My small-ish company has an internal directory of 75 or so extensions. I don't want to clutter my Contacts with that many names (all with the same phone number!) so I'd really like a list of names and extensions to be available for quick reference on my home page. Should I just put them in a little spreadsheet? Has anyone else here solved a similar problem of storing a little reference document in your Droid?

I'm sure others use other things but I use colornote a free app.

Email yourself the list of names. Open email and copy all the text. Go into colornotes and paste the list in. That's way faster than using the phone keyboard to type them all in.
