Stuck in bootloop, how do I boot into clockwork?

I had to re-activate the phone. I did so and used the restore feature. I now have a functioning phone and still see the superuser icon but no bootstrapper. Now what?

Could have just restored your back up....if you made the backup in clockwork (or whatever custom recovery you use) you could have just clicked "nandroid" then "restore" and selected a previous back up

Sorry, I don't know what nandroid is. Where would I find it to click it?

Uh, phone looks wierd. I just checked settings and it is running android 2.3.3???

Back up and running, now on Liberty GB, thanks to everybody who helped!

2.3.3 is gingerbread. A trick to get into clockwork when stuck (doesn't always work) Is:
While bootlooping, plug the phone in (wall, not computer).
Pull battery. The phone will stay on (magic)
Unplug
Put battery back in and reboot. It should take you to clockwork where you can restore a nandroid backup or flash a new rom.
I would really really do some research and searching before doing anything to your phone. Read the terminology thread. Know how to use and get into clockwork
Know how to access stock recovery and the bootloader mode
Know how to sbf (dl the proper files and have it set up just in case!) Rsd lite 4.9, drivers and full sbf file.
It's worth it to be prepared!
