Stuck on bootloader

Battery OK
OK to program
Connect USB
Data Cable"
currently my phone isn't connect to a computer.

Awesome, funny thing is I got to this bootloader like 4 hours ago but I'm relatively new to the Droid scene and didn't recognize the signifigance. I'm actually an immigrant from the iPhone scene. Bit different over yonder.

EDIT: One teensy problem. My phone isn't appearing in RSD Lite as it says it should in the guide. I've tried the default mode and "First-Come-First-ServeDeviceId Mode".
