Just wanted to point out that there's a readme in the zip you provided and it has steps that are a little different than what you've listed for us to do. Might confuse a few people with the discrepancy (it did me for a moment).

The base .zip and anything in them besides the logo.bin in all my custom ones are from P3Droid. The instructions listed are from P3Droid as well, and were the second version of the instructions posted on mydroidworld. He modified the online instructions after a couple hours to make it easier, but I guess did not modify the README.
