today ,i just see two people post such information in one minutes.I think it must a matter that all battery have, some producers must solve these questions for us customers.
Ok...was it just a factory reset you did?? If so then I would recommend a reflash! Charge the phone to 100% on the pc and then reflash using Samsung kies! After it reloads everything....write the sdcard. And factory reset again. Let the battery completely die before you charge again. Make sure it's dead by trying to turn it on....If it flashes the S4 logo...it's not dead...keep power cycling. Once dead...plug in and let charge out of the OS to 100%. Turn on. Keep doing this for one week. Should fix your issue
After the 4.4.2 update I still get ridiculously long battery life. Easy 2 days and more which is about what I got prior to the upgrade. There are tons of factors that apply to how much battery you use and no 2 people are going to be using their phone the same way. That's mostly because no 2 phones are likely to have the same apps and if they did they won't be configured the same.
Under downloaded apps I count 125+ (on AT&T). I have GPS on, which is something many people claim eats battery but I use Battery Guru to control the app's usage along with some tuning of my own. Some apps use much more battery running in the background than others.
Look for active widgets like weather apps, syncing apps to check the intervals of the syncing, any app that has a notification to see if it can be adjusted. Every little bit helps. 10 apps using only 2% is 20% of the battery.
