If you have Jakesmod installed, it turns off logging by default. You can change this within his modcentral script, or within propmodder. I always turn mine back on, because it's nice to be able to grab a logcat for devs when necessary.

That explains it. I didn't think to check the JB mod about logging.

Yeah..I don't have a need to run any Mods lately..so I don't worry with it...Might try one more time for battery but I never ever ever noticed enough of a difference to keep it personally and usually causes more issues than fixes imo @ the moment....

Ya say to download ROMs to SD card - where on card - where to load from where - not easy being ignorant and old. You all are the best. Learned a lot when Droid2Drummer was having problems.

It doesn't matter as long as you have it on your SD. Then just find it and install it to a slot. Make sure you check all 3 boxes.

It doesn't matter where you save them on the card. Default download location for most things is /sdcard/downloads. If you download from ROM Toolbox, they go into /sdcard/romtoolbox/download/<ROM_Name> where <ROM_Name> is the name of whatever ROM you downloaded.

I can't figure out why it is that when I go from cm7 to liberty 3.0 I can never get the market to work. Everything else is fine. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

No, but I always have issues with the market not working whenever I flash a new ROM. I have to give it time to settle for some reason and then it starts working.

Maybe I should have mentioned I was coming from boot manager...not sure if that has anything to do with it or what I could do to fix it

OK for jakes mods, are there certain settings I should use or is it pretty much set up as is?

It's pretty much setup as-is. If you want to tweak it at all, go into terminal emulator, and type "su" then "modcentral" (both without the quotes.) From there you can tweak his modifications if you would like.
