[ROM] The CM7 Gingerbread ROM (CM4D2-GB) is now ready for prime time!

OK...hold your horses...just tried Netflix and it isn't playing. I select a movie or TV show, it goes to the loading screen briefly and then goes back to the browsing screen. This is after working fine as recently as Monday when I went to the gym.

Really odd...can others try Netflix (Market version) and confirm if it's working for them?

Josh - maybe this isn't a "just you" issue after all. Odd...only thing different on my phone between now and Monday is that I reflashed the 9/02 monthly, didn't wipe data or anything. Going to try uninstalling and reinstalling Netflix, then give the hacked versions a try...

I'm thinking more and more that you're going to have to wipe data and start over...however:

connect your D2 to your PC via usb
Select the option to access your SD card
Go to your PC and open the drive that represents your SD card (should show a 15GB drive in My Computer which is your phone's SD card)
Copy all photos from DCIM\Camera on the SD card to another temporary holding folder either on your PC or on your SD card
Delete all the photos/files from your DCIM\Camera folder
Turn off usb access on the D2 and disconnect
Clear data in your camera app in Settings>Applications>all apps
Run Fix permissions in ROM Manager
Reboot your phone
Try your camera

If you still FC I think you're going to need to wipe data and maybe re-flash the 9/02 build...
i cant seem to find an option to access my sd card

You're going for the SuperNoob title, eh? ;-)

Plug phone into PC using the USB cable.
USB Notification will appear in status bar
Pull down status bar and click on "USB Connection"
Select "Memory Card Access" from the options
Shortly after that a new icon will appear in My Computer for the SD card
After making the changes, pull down the notification bar, select the USB Connectino option, and set it to charge only.

Its the market version. 1.3.0 build 246 of netflix. Is there a hacked version that needs to be ran for it to work with cm7?

I'm using the market version, it should work fine as it does on my phone...this is pretty odd.

You could try the hacked version, here's a link - try the 1.3 and 1.2.2 versions...I believe neither will pop up the update request, hopefully one of them will work.

What he said....

I just DL'ed netflix last night from the market and works perfect. try uninstallng and reinstalling.

Doing that now...clearing data didn't help, and i kept getting odd "Your netflix account has changed" messages as I was trying to type my password into the PW field after clearing data. Did let me log in finally, but wouldn't play.

Just uninstalled/reinstalled...and it still won't play anything.

Hmmm...going to restore my backup before I reflashed the 9/02 nightly and see if it's still working then. A bit bizarre...appears that trying to help Josh has screwed up my Netflix. ;-)

What ROM are you on?

Go to Settings>About.

What do you see in:

Android Version:

Baseband:

Kernel Version:

Mod Version:

Build Number:

android version 2.3.5
base band: BP_C_01.09.13P
kernal version 2.6.32.9-gca08d89bmvq37@zin22inxdroid28 #1
mod versioncyanogenmod-7.1.0-RC0-DROID2-KANG
build number GRH78C

That's right...you are on the GB OTA w/CM on top of it, but the USB options you're seeing aren't right for the 9/02 nightly. Are you sure you flashed the 9/02 nightly? You can get it from this link:

Which is from the OP of this thread, this build: 2011-09-02
