I don't think that's age, I mean I am longer a real youngin but even at 29 I still like watching the game on my TV. I will only go to a game if the seats are too good to pass up. Growing up my dad was a big wig in the construction business in Boston so people gave him tickets all the time and they were always awesome seats, like some of the best seats in Fenway Park, TD Garden, old patriots stadium and the new so I became somewhat of a seat snob. But then he decided to start his own company and lost the connections and perks that came with his old job. Plus TV's look so good now and all the different camera's they have, it really is nice to just relax on sundays and watch the games.
Yea I agree and you miss all the commentaries and what not also.
Yeah I agree... it's good to go every once in a while but nothing better then a few beers, surround sound and football on a Sunday afternoon.
Yea, us Eagles fans are diehard fans, many getting to the stadium at 4 am for a game that starts at 4 pm to tailgate in temps in single digits. Maybe when I was younger, definitely not for me now. Like you said, occasionally going to a game is fine, I ever get tix.. but then your what, spending $8 for a watered down beer or whatever .. restroom lines, traffic, parking ... plus when your at the game you can barely hear the announcers over the crowd. Granted, the excitement of being with a bunch of fellow fans is fun... but, again, like you said.. only occasionally.

Even if you guys aren't a fan of the Patriots and particulary Bill Belichick, you have to check out Bill Belichick: A Football Life on the NFL Network, it is a great documentary. Insight into a coach's life like never before.

Does he teach ya how to read the other coaches lips? <g> No, seriously, sounds like something I'd be into watching. I know he's one of the best coaches in the NFL ..will definitely check it out. Thanks for the heads up!
That being said, unfortunately we, the Eagles have probably one of the worst coaches in the NFL ... was a big discussion on the radio yesterday, tons of people calling in and saying that the only thing preventing us from winning a superbowl was Andy Reid.

The sleeper team of the year are the Lions! Everyone admits they are better but they still aren't getting any respect as a contender.
Lions will win division and are playoff bound....bank on it.

Stafford has to stay healthy but that defensive line is just scary good.
