Do you think Cam acting like a 4 year old that didn't get a cupcake after dinner helps or hurts the team?
Me personally would find it hard to give my best to a leader who acts like a spoiled child when things do or don't go their way, especially in today's league of easy renegotiating and free agency. The drama queen stuff on and off the field was fine at first but it's just gotten old to me. Perhaps he should watch RG3, Romo, or Stafford for tips on how to handle defeat and victory?

Cam is not a leader in my book. If he doesn't get his way he pouts like a child, no leader should have that quality. A leader tries to boost his teams morale, not bring it down by sulking at the end of the bench. I understand a pro athlete's drive to win far exceeds my competitiveness, but I guarantee you I have a better attitude than Cam during a game that seems out of reach or after a loss. Cam may be their greatest strength, but unfortunately he is also their greatest weakness and unfortunately that also extends to off the field too.Do you think Cam acting like a 4 year old that didn't get a cupcake after dinner helps or hurts the team?

What I see now from him is very Eric Dickerson like and look how that turned out.

I think RG3 and Russell Wilson might dispute that theory.
Though I agree in principle, the way the game is today there isn't the luxury of learning how to lead. You've either got it or you're a bust in a few years, going from team to team as a high priced backup. Having an Andy Reid take you under his wing as Mike Vick has had is a lost concept. Ask Plexico and TO, amongst others who didn't grow up in time.

The best young QB I've seen in recent years is Matt Schaub. I don't really remember him being a back up to anyone.

The sad thing with TO is he had so much talent and was on pace for passing Jerry Rice for possibly the greatest receiver to ever play the game. T.O had a rough child hood growing up and had the wrong people in his ear. This also proves the point that money dont change you it only magnifies what ever issues you have.
he backed up mike vick in atlanta I believe.
He may have, but he's so much better than Vick, you wouldn't know it.

Matt Schaub is a pure pocket qb. Vick started as a running qb and never matured into a true threat because he never really learned how to read the coverage and pick off a defense like a pure pocket qb can. RG3 have an opportunity to be a complete qb if he can learn how to destroy a defense from the pocket as well as with his legs.
