I agree. I'm just saying that if it was on the regular Droid schedule it should be released in May or June. Which makes any time Before early.

Since they want a keyboard 4G phone that the 3 wasn't, it has to come out a lot sooner.

If it was coming out next year the specs would be different, obviously.

If they delay it they might as well throw some ICS and quad-core in there. And if this continues to be delayed it's the Bionic all over again.....

yeaH i dont really think he is to credible the tweet email looks bogus for one..... two it said a week ago it was pushed back to 2/2/11 so no one else has heard about it yet it has been a week since the changed the date...... i think it is a nexus fanboy maybe someone who sells them and is just looking to hype more SALES......i am not saying it wont get pushed back just dont really believe as long as he says....

I agree notice how similar the dates are. 12/22/11 2/2/12 way too similar to be real. Verizon isn't that weird with release dates.
 
Now is a perfect time to drop the D4. We all know quad cores are coming and some say possibly sometime in Q1 2012. Droid-Life reports receiving a "Tip" that a quad core Motorola "Jet" phone complete with slider and a 12MP camera may be one of the first to be introduced. Holding off on the D4 until a 2-2012 release could interfere with that release.
Myself, I have decided to wait until after the January shows before jumping on any new purchase, although if I get my paws on a D4 for testing, I may rethink those thoughts. I'm sure a D4 would prove a strong upgrade to my OD.
 
Just took my galaxy Nexus back and waiting for this. Hopefully it wont have the same signal issues as the nexus.:angry:
 
think it will get pushed back a week cuz of lte outage issues.

No I don't think that has anything to do with it especially since Verizon keeps getting it back up rather quickly. If it is delayed, the biggest reason I believe would be Moto wanting to make it a world phone and Verizon not wanting to do that.
 
. This phone isn't happening tomorrow. Damn you, VZW/Droid Life.
