Story goes: she went to high school with one Larry Page and is calling favors to prevent me spending any money on my gadget. Again this morning she takes full reponsibility for this newest 9th/not 9th drama.

I sent an email to each of these peeps. I'll be shocked if I get a response.

How awesome would it be if they were like: "I'm so sorry for your disappointment regarding the Galaxy Nexus launch, we're going to be sending you one in the mail ahead of the official launch. Sorry for being jerks."

I sent the following to Mr. Tang... not holding my breath for a response.

Dear sir , I have been holding on to my "Upgrade" since this July waiting on a phone I deemed to be worthy of locking into a 2 year contract, after reviews of the bionic which ended up being a real let down. I held out for the RAZR but right before the release of the Razr, Google had it's news conference concerning the Nexus and I said this is the phone for me and I signed up for information concerning this phone.

It is now 2 months later with no information being sent at all from Verizon or Google itself.

Could Verizon please supply me with the information that myself and other people are so much craving as well as the release of this phone.

I also understand that Verizon will block the use of Google wallet, one of the features I was hoping to use with this phone. I must say that this breaks the "spirit " of the free market that is one of our values that we hold dear in the US.

Please release some information on this phone, and when it is released please do not restrict the use of the features that were designed for it.

Verizon’s Network Experiencing 4G LTE Data Outages

I know what happened. One of those elusive, but all powerful galaxy nexi escaped captivity and was activated. It's so powerful that it shut down the entire VZW 4G network. It'll be down until they tack it down and capture it. I'm sure they'll have to pry it out of someones cold dead hands to get it back.

Actually, this could be just a coincidence or it could be that they need to make some update to the network so ISC works well with it and as soon as that's done, they'll bring the rest of the nexi herd out of the closet...er back room (oh crap, you know what I mean) TOMORROW! Don't hold your breath though. Truss is the only one we need purple.
