They don't always show up *for sale* at the same time in store and online. However I would expect the Galaxy Nexus "waiting" page to go active. I think.

yeah I am just basing it off some past releases, but it doesn't necessarily mean it will be the case now

It was eastern time zone for all the xyboard tabs when they went live.

Hey all! I don't usually post on here, but I just got off the phone with my local Verizon store. He said that it would be launching tomorrow, and that it was a Samsung representative that told him. Now, I know that a lot of people have been saying this, and there is still so much speculation out there, but there is one more store who "confirmed" tomorrow's date. Let's hope it's true!!

Technically BenLand150 didnt request to be 1 on the list he just wanted the nexus 2. Truss was the first to ask to be first. So since Truss is up top, clearly ilikemoneygreen should be 2nd on that list. :happy3:

I can't freaking believe this.... I just called the same cool rep that told me tomorrow would be the day and he now says it's been delayed again! He says verizon and google are in a dispute... He says they have a bunch in the back button it is what it is... CRAP!!!!

Ok,
I just called my local Verizon store.

I was just there last week on the 6th getting a phone for my dad, and I had asked the guy if he thought the GNex was releasing on the 9th and he told me "no, probably next week"

----

So I called them just now, and I asked if they heard anything about the Galaxy Nexus releasing tomorrow,

He told me that he could not tell me for certain, but he has heard some stuff through the grapevine and that I should be up there tomorrow at 10am just in case.

I then asked again "So your saying if I want the Nexus, i should come up there tomorrow morning for certain"

and he said "Yes, be here at 10am.... that's about all the information I can give you, I heard some stuff, but things change"



Sounds promising. I work 7am to 5pm tomorrow. Im gonna make my dad head up there at 10am for me with my money :biggrin:

for what it is worth, i got an appointment tomorrow to pick up the gnex at a verizon store. we will see if it holds true. i don't have have my hopes up but at least it is something.

My friend and I are going to the store at 8am EST tommorrow when it opens, well post in here if its for sale.. we are going in with a box of ice cream sandwiches to distribute to other nexus buyers, if its not for sale, the front windows of the store is getting blasted!

Well called four of the Corporate stores near me, three said they have them and that there was no official release date yet, one said yes we'll be selling it tomorrow unless told otherwise but to call back at 7 or 8 o'clock because they will have a more definitive answer. So I'll call that store back at 7 or 8 o'clock and see what they say. Stupid white Razr is taking the show tomorrow it looks like. I'm going to Verizon regardless tomorrow for the G-Nex, I'll bite on the white Razr just to give the salesperson a glimmer of a sale then shatter that glimmer of a sale into a gazillion pieces when I tell him nevermind it's just not the Nexus just so they feel how we feel. Go to the next Verizon store, rinse and repeat. The 16th is the next supposed release day, then I'll bet the 22nd and 29th.
