Not to threadjack but you can save a lot of headaches using Wallpaper Wizardrii to set a wallpaper cropped however you like that doesn't scroll. If it's not compatible with the ICS yet it should be soon.

Just passing on the suggestion I saw elsewhere. It's a great app. MIUI and LauncherPro will both allow you to set your wallpaper so that it doesn't scroll but only Wizardrii will allow you to set the crop however you like.

I'm embarassed, but I have the stock ICS look overridden. I like my minimalistic text look on the bottom, so I went with GoLauncherEX Call me boring, but here's my setup on 2 screens, my other screens are direct contacts and GPS locations.

Thats why its on my left screen. This screen is for funtionality, not to "look nice". My homescreen is for that.

I removed the text on the top and cropped and resized. DL it from my Picasa here Picasa Web Albums - Michael Alvez - wicked wallpa... - Click on "Actions" then download to get the full size.

I've used many different launchers from lp, adw, goL ex, zeam, etc. and I want to go away from that now.

After getting the nexus, I told myself to stick with the stock launcher no matter what. So we'll see how long this goes for. Had to customize some icons and wallpaper to my liking.
