My wife and I just got ours yesterday. This phone is amazing! It doesn't feel as cheaply built as the G Nex, which did surprise me. Haven't had it long , but this is the best stock experience I've had so far.

I ordered today and did not go for the "share everything plan" so I kept the unlimited data plan.

Did you pay full price for the S3? I tried to upgrade my Brothers phone on the 28th, and they said there was no way the system would allow it to happen.

The 27th was the last day, the 28th the new plans took effect. That means you had to order at subsidized price to keep unlimited by 11:59pm on June 27th.

Just got and I have decided that I absolutely HATE touchwiz. HATE IT!

What is it about touchwiz that you hate. I am coming from HTC Sense, which i really liked. I expect to use a launcher instead of touchwiz, but i am curious why it sucks so bad? Is it the widgets? the menus? the transitions?

I came from motoblur, which is awful.I've had touchwiz on two of my Galaxy tabs and it's honesty not that bad. You can download Apex or Nova launcher and make it look more like stock Android.

My SG3 is in a town 20 miles away and scheduled for delivery tomorrow I should drive down and get it but really, whats another day. Besides it would cost me time off work and $8 in fuel. I will just wait for FEDEX

I don't mind TW on my Tab at all (I'm unrooted). But coming from a rooted and rommed phone to TW is driving me a little bit nuts. I'm going to throw on ADW for now.

The new TW is pretty slick, has some great functionality, and is VERY smooth.

Was surprised when fedex dropped mine off around lunch time yesterday. I'm upgrading from a d2 so this is a huge step up for me. I like the phone. 4g is super fast. Especially in downloading apps. Last night I plugged in my Bose headphones & watched some HBO Go & the picture looked so good & big.
Still need to toy around with it as i'm sure there's much more to it.

I had it delivered to work, it's been sitting on my desk staring at me for about 20 minutes now. If I open it I won't get anything done this afternoon, but I don't know how much longer I can hold out.

A side note - I think my original Droid knows it's getting replaced, it's given me some headaches over the past couple of weeks.

Funny you should say that, my d2 has been acting up the last week as well. Can't wait to get my S3 tomorrow!

I got mine yesterday (Monday) and this thing is great.... Big improvement from my thunderbolt with battery and overall performance.
