I use dashclock but it's not showing on that screenshot. If you mean homescreen/launcher, I use Nova Prime.

Wicked, if I have a similar lock screen with urs(put some baisc apps on lock screen) should I root my s4 first?

You don't need to root to achieve the same look. But if you're going to do other mods to the phone, you'll want root.
