The Ultimate Droid 2.3.0 - All Devices - D1, INC, EVO 4G, Desire CDMA & GSM

Thanks for the help. I've tried chevy, slayher, and liquid slayhet kernels. All have the same issue for me. I'm going to try another wipe later to see if that helps.
Sorry I gave you some links for tethering, I misunderstood your problem. You should make sure you have a good download of the ROM and do what Tallica said above

Just a suggestion...........but sense all the different phone are going to be jumbled together into this one thread it might help when stating a problems if you said what your device is..unless it's in your sig

I agree with this one. there are big differences between these phones,

First time using ultimate droid. 2 questions. I do not see the battery useage screen that was always in the settings. Is that somewhere else? ALso, my wifi scans detects connects and immediately disconnects. I reinstalled ultimate droid with negative results. Any fixes for this. I have tired 3 kernels and currently have slayers 1ghz kernel on phone. thanks

The battery statistics are under UD settings, should be top thing listed under normal settings. As far as WiFi, I am not sure why people are having issues. I stay connected in my house through WiFi all day with no issues. I am using a slayher kernel.

sent from the great depths of my phones internet (thanks Al Gore)

In settings, ultimate settings i have "general, special settings and device info. There is no "normal settings" anywhere

Just out of curiosity, Did you wipe data & cache prior to install?

I ask because I too am having the WiFi issue. I did not wipe coming from 2.1 because it is a PITA!

Since I flashed 2.3, I've noticed that my LP has had a lot of redraws, even when I use the terminal emulator trick...

Is anyone else getting this? Any suggestions?

Tried that already. No luck. Plus, its not the auto rotation that's messing it up. I rarely have my phone in landscape view

Thanks guys! I got it installed, and have been playing around the update. It's fantastic, but I accidentally replaced the Application drawer at the bottom of the screen with another app while trying to drag it to the trash can(I realize now it's at the top). Any tips to get the App Drawer back?
