[Theme] 928Droid "Black Glass" 2.2 for Froyo - Update.zip - MetaMorph - Back to Stock

so i spent the last 20 mins looking for a link for my droid 1 to download for saphire 1.0... all this bold info links leading to other pages is really confusing...
is the link to download the theme no longer available or something?

Any particular reason you haven't upgraded Sapphire?

From what I have read and heard on this subject it is based mostly on user error and user "lack of knowledge".

The complaint about not being able to install Maps and Search from the Market is becasue those versions are already installed in the system/app area...hence an attempt at a Market install to overwrite those apps will fail...that's a a good thing and it is supposed to.

If people would just take a moment to look at their current installed version numbers and compare them with the versions the Market is trying to install they would quit wasting so much time and frustration trying to force an install from the Market. People tend to get obsessed when they see an upgrade on the Market and feel they MUST have it..no matter what....9 times out of ten they already have it and don't know it.

On top of that, my Theme goes even farther and replaces any of those type apps with the very latest versions so all of the "app" issue/complaints with Maps, Gmail, G-search etc disappear even more.

Quick question, can 928 themes be used on the htc incredible which has official froyo?

No, not yet! DroidForums said they are going to send me an Incredible so I can create my Theme for it.... but it will be at least a few weeks.

Do not attempt to install my current Themes on your Inc, you will not like the results!!

It really does come down to KNOW YOUR ROM!!!!!!

Sapphire 1.1.0 is by far the most stable ROM I have ever used. The issues with some apps not updating is 100% answered in both the quoted thread and by 928Droid. There are a number of apps which I have which the market would like to update but I do not let it. I do not want to lose the look / feel of the installed apps and go backwards to stock.

I must be going blind, because I can't seem to find the link for the "Black Glass" theme for rooted stock FRG22D ODEXED. Can someone point me in the right direction?

There is a good reason....I have been so busy I haven't done it..I could have sworn I did, sorry.

I think partly because I never found a pure stock system dump for FRG22D. I have one for FRG22, but I am picky.

If you could copy off the system/app and system/framework folders complete for me, zip them up and upload them some where and send me the link... I could knock it out quickly for you.
