I googled it. It is on Mydroidworld.com. P3 released a rooted version yesterday.

Thanks I will have to take a look at it, is it a stock version with root or is it custom?
What rom where you running before this I am on FRG22 stock with root and black glass.

I was running the same rom or Liquids 1.4 rom which is built from source with FRG22 with the Watermarked theme. P3 version is a rooted stock version.

That is cool I just got it and going to give it a try.
Do you see anything that is really that different in the FRG22D over the FRG22?

That will be easy, basically it is the same as the Droid X 2.2 .. if I had a phone for 2 days I could knock it out quickly. Since I don't I will need some Beta Testers for the Theme. They will need to NOT be Newbs, or Novices and be able to do ADB commands, LogCats, etc. IF you know anyone that can do that have them PM me.

A couple of observations on the 2.2x Froyo FRG22D DeOdexed version. I've been running it for a couple of days now.

On an incoming call, I don't see your newer slide graphics. Also, the background is a solid color and not the more transparent looking version that I saw with the Odexed version. Maybe these are both that way on purpose, maybe not. I still wanted to pass along what I see.

Everything else looks really great, crisp and clean. A real pleasure to show off! I love your choices in colors.

My phone info says:

Black Gallery

If this has been covered I did not see it. I installed and everything is great except when I try to access the picture gallery it hangs up with black screen.

Thinking about going back to stock

I'm currently using the Sapphire ROM, and I'm thinking about switching back to factory froyo 2.2, now that I see that it can be rooted. I've been having some issues with the phone, sometimes it locks up, or just random strange things, and I'm not over-clocking. So not sure if it's the ROM I'm using or not. Thought that by going back to factory 2.2 that would eliminate Sapphire as the problem if problems continue.

I really, really, like your theme, will it work with factory 2.2? I looked at all the versions you have posted and think that it might be the 928Droid Black Glass for 2.2x Froyo FRG22D DeOdexed version that I would need, just not sure what DeOdexed means, or is that the rom that I would need?

So I'm going to wait and see if I can still use this theme before I switch back to factory 2.2.

I think this is a FRG22D issue and not a theme issue. I have the same problem. Suggestions have been to DL a 3D Gallery app from the Market and use that until an update is released. I'd like to know what is up with the stock app myself.

Then apply 928Droid's theme version as you have it listed, 928Droid Black Glass for 2.2x Froyo FRG22D DeOdexed. After all of that, clear the Market cahce in the Applications settings and you'll be all set!

Thanks, for your input. I went all the way back to stock 2.1 let ota update then reloaded frg22d deodexed from alfonso checking all the way and gallery worked at every step. After I loaded 928 black glass 2.2 is when it stopped working.

So far the FRG22D install is going great, restoring apps now using Titanium Back up, But I must say the work you have been doing with this theme is freaking awesome! The red progress bars, the icons in the status bar, EVERYTHING is top notch!

I would but, I don't know how to logcat, and know very few commands of adb. I figured out how to root my D2 by the guide.

I posted a link to the "current" (not 2.2.x) version of my Black Glass Lithium Theme available...check back a page or two.

Unless Lithium Team comes back to support the ROM I will most likely not update my Theme for it...unless I get really bored and everything else is caught up.

I can't find the link. The version I have is 1.0.12. Is that the "current" version you're speaking of? I've been out of the loop for a week and I understand what you say about supporting people who are in it for the long haul. I didn't know Jrummy was taking a break. I, too will have to start checking out roms that are going to be around for a while.

I also didn't realize how much work went into things and appreciate the theme you put out for everything...but I digress. Is this theme available for lithium someplace that I missed? I went to the main page and searched for lithium to no avail. I have searched the last 5 pages or so but couldn't find it
