Yes, but if you're on a ROM that allows custom status bar like CM you can always change it. I wasn't crazy about it at first but this theme is by far the best out there. Make a backup and try it out, you won't regret it...and if you do, just restore your backup.

status bar pulldown is worse than i expected. font colors didnt change apparently so all fonts were black on a black bg, changing it manually now. How exactly do you get rid of the droid does logo crap, using cyanogen 6 final. honestly i dont get why theme creators put logos and stupid lettering in random places especially in the status bar. it really puts me off from their themes. the droid does message is also in the search bar for some reason. good work otherwise though, this theme is nice, was using revolution theme before but dunno if this is better.

You will always have to manually change text to white. Under CM6's customization setting you can chose to use custom notification pulldown which will get rid of the droid does. If you leave this theme on for a while, you will be suprised at the level of detail in this theme.

Good question. I am running this theme on BB 0.4 and the black text on black bg is annoying. How can I change it?

Pretty sure BB o4 is FRF84 based so I doubt this would work OK. Been waiting for BB to release an up to date ROM before porting my new updated Theme for it.

Sorry, I didn't read the entire post. I just saw the update. Quick question. I love this theme on BB. Is there a way to get the text white in the notification pull down? The weatherbug is always black on black as well as few others.

Weatherbug doesn't read from the framework (as it should) for notifications so the app has to be modified. I would contact the Dev to ask him to change that.

I would do it, but it would have to be redone with every app update... :-(
