i have adw ex launcher installed and im trying to install the red theme but not having any luck.. i have adb and it is working.. i run the run.bat file and it brings up a cmd prompt and performing all the task and it goes away and i go to my phone and launch ADW and its still the stock theme.. is there something else i need to do?? (I can see the app being uninstalled and re-installed on my phone) so not sure what i am missing on why the red theme is not being inserted into the newly updated apk and reinstalled by the run.bat file.. please help thanks

LauncherPro.... Bottom Dock bar is the "froyo wide"
can be set in launcher pro dockbar options

Instructions to Install Skins
It should pull the app from your phone, modify, resign, and upload it back to your phone.
Connect phone to pc in Windows Media Sync Mode
Execute the Run.bat file in the skin folder
Note Must have Android sdk installed to run adb commands in Run.bat (Click HERE
