how do I install/apply the icons??

CHP....i'm wondering the same thing. I downloaded the icon pack but can't seem to get them to open in LauncherPro

You just need to set them as your icons on dockbar/homescreen
And have them in a folder on SDcard

if you want to skin a dock bar item press and hold til menu pops up
click change icon
click custom icon
you can now use gallery to browse to folder that contains the icons
you can then choose the icon you want...

Ok, i have the file saved. It's a zip file that has the folder and all the icons inside the folder. how to i extract the files to the gallery so i can use them? Gallery doesn't allow to search for the file like as in astro for instance.

Just place the extracted folder on root of sdcard
when you launch gallery i will see the new folder and display it
once you click on the folder in gallery you will see thumbnails of all the icons in that folder

nvm...thanks for the help but i found out that if i just copy the file i can paste the entire file in the gallery and it'll come up with the individual images i can use.

I don't know if it will apply to the app drawer ones. But as for your desktop icons try the following:

-Long press on the icon you want changed

-Tap the edit button

-Then tap the little picture to the left in the window

-Select where you want to grab the picture from (in this case gallery)

-Find desired picture/icon and select

-Then hit ok in the little window
