Absolutely. It IS Black Juice, just with some different notification icons

The wifi logo is redesigned as stated in the OP. As for the circle battery icon, if that's the only thing you are missing with the theme, you could use metamorph to change it.

This version does not include transition animations, but Black Juice Blue v3 for RubiX 1.8.9 does contain those.
