[THEME] New Theme! 1st ROM, 1st time seen... CHROME! For UD 2.1

eiker.. it laoded on my phone which, until now, it wouldn't. I left out stuff that was redundant to me.. like Email and K-9... no one uses both do they? So, I left Email out cause I am a K-9 user.

funny you mention that because on 2.1 everytime i loaded it onto a freshly clean wiped stock rom, id get the "M" when booting then the phone would shut off...lol but anyway, yeah im good with the other stuff..

No man, my RAM is not low. In fact I have a boatload of it. I am referring to the memory alloted soley to the /system folder. When I go to menu>settings>Phone and SD storage.... that amount of memory is specifically looking at the /data folder. I have 140 megs open to me. However, if I use Root Exploere and go to the /system folder, it says I have almost no memory for it.

Not sure if RE is correct... considering that my settings and my Systems Info Widget both show my phone's storage to have 60+ MBs available, but RE says I only have 28 MBs available...

That should also mean that all of us had that same issue running your Chrome before? Which leads me to my next Q, how could we then install UD's whole ROM over your theme and it applies??.... just kinda seems that it might be soemthing else, but regardless, hope you resolved it somehow.

Well, I fixed it but.. I have to admit.. its not setting well with me. Something tells me there is something going on in the /system folder I can't find. And THAT.. is with the stock only UD 2.3 installed. I only have 11 megs in that folder whith stock UD. There should be much more. I never looked when I was running 2.1, 2.0, 1.0, 8.0, etc.. though.

Well, I fixed it but.. I have to admit.. its not setting well with me. Something tells me there is something going on in the /system folder I can't find. And THAT.. is with the stock only UD 2.3 installed. I only have 11 megs in that folder whith stock UD. There should be much more. I never looked when I was running 2.1, 2.0, 1.0, 8.0, etc.. though.

alright xkape, I got the same results as last night. Dialer themed, but contacts and favorites are stock, keyboard white on white text, settings themed but nothing within the settings menu is themed.

matter of fact, everything he has un themed i have themed, i also have the right looking keyboard

It's not good here either X..... tried installing over my theme and almost nothing took...am going back to stock first now, then try again.

me too eiker.. its a memory issue. Adroid.. I guarantee you as well that if you disable boot animations and go to your /system/media folder and delete the animation, then reinstall my theme it will all work right.. man I gotta find a way around this. (I metion this because that file looks huge to me.. I use an animation too)

Without compromising what I am trying to do too much.

I may need to figure out, if posible, to install things (when installing my theme) to both the /system/app folder and the /data/app folder

Let's think this Memory available theory thru.... what about it do you feel is causing the install of your theme to not take?

Mine says I have 6.01 MB free and I Hardly have any apps installed. Already deleted boot animation. Will re flash the theme.
