Pretty sure my Sync issue has NOTHING to do with the theme. I think it has to do with Titanium Backup restoring my accounts incorrectly. :facepalm:

Will flash the sbf and retheme it later tonight.

Followed steps 1-4, rebooted, and my notification bar is the same. Tried it again and nothing. What could I be doing wrong?

after I execute the 3rd line in step 4, it says /system/framework/framework-res.apk: Read-only file system

My phone is rooted, am I missing something??

nevermind guys! I got it!! Was using lowercase "L" instead of 1 in mmcblk1p21

Also, if you already have NexTheme installed, all you have to do is push framework-res.apk, not services.jar.

And install the widgets and wallpapers if you'd like

Awesome work man! I was going to hold out until after 2.2 to root, but having nextheme available was just too much to bear lol. Now I'm rooted with a nice theme and not missing my D1 so much anymore:icon_ banana:

Fab- So if I have v1, do I still need to run MetaMorph or just framework?
