How did you get the color to change? Did you have to reboot first?

ultimate droid settings>user interface>notification colors> and change the "items" color then reboot and voila!!

WOOO HOO!!:icon_wink:

Hopefully I'll have some updated apps soon ...

What apps do you have on mind?

What apps do you have on mind?

For starters I want to hit the basic everyday apps - up next are the phone and contacts apps. Again, just adding colored icons for now - there won't be any changes to the dialer pad or background just yet. After those two, Gmail is high on the priority list as I think almost all people use it.
Then who knows ... I guess the typical Pandora, Facebook, Twitter?

What calendar are you using?.. the one on the screenshots its from Launcher Pro Plus... and it give you the option to display an entire.

I'm using smooth calender. Is it the same one you are using?

Hey man your latest test2 installled fine looks good. cannot change the text colors but i will talk with BlackDroid i dont think its on your end the battery percentage wont show up either so i think it may be not working right within the rom. I'm looking into this.
looking good so far keep it up :)

Excellent - thanks for the feedback. Let me know what you find out ...

I will suggest you to double check your settings or try to reflash UD, because everything its now working as its supposed to be, check it out...battery percentage and notification colors

alonsou, looking at that screenie it appears your notification background is a different color - looks black. Mine is gray ... I think my theme may need to be flashed over a naked stock "theme" ....

I was able to get my screen match alonsou's above, including the battery %. It looks good...great job!

Some areas that need to be addressed, but are minor at this point:

- when pulling down the notification bar, the Verizon Wireless text just to the left of the clear button in the screen cap above is still white. Not a big deal since I could now easily read my notifications.

- on the lock screen, the Vibrate is ON and Sound is ON icons were updated...but the Sound is OFF icon is stock UD and doesn't match what shows on the notification bar.

1) Is there not a setting in UD to change the carrier notification color? Also, if you installed this over another theme the text color is being carried over, I did not edit anything that would change the text colors. If you restore a clean non-themed version of UD and then install my theme I am willing to bet all text color issues in the pull down would be resolved.

2) Are you talking about the icon on the slide bar or the little icon that pops up after you turn the sound off? Any way you can get a screen shot of it?

Thanks for the input!

1) I flashed over to the newest version of UD and currently don't have any themes. Looking at the notification bar after flashing back to non-themed UD I noticed that the Verizon Wireless is in white lettering. I tried a few ways of changing the color but were not successful. Like I said though, to me it's not a big deal and you can actually read the text since the white colors are slightly different.

2) As stated, I flashed back to UD so I can't get a screen shot tonight. Maybe tomorrow...but the icon not updating is on the slide bar. Should have included that in my last post. Sorry for the confusion.

Keep up the good work! I would love to have your full theme on my phone!
